What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds at this time. As most of our items are bespoke and personalised this is just not possible for us currently. As a new and emerging business, we are extremely grateful for your support. If there is an issue with quality of the product, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Please also remember that all wood differs and no two pieces will be the same.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK at the moment.

How do I care for my product?

As most of our gifts are lovingly handcrafted from Scottish wood, please do not submerge them in water as this will damage the wood. You should only wipe clean after use and for solid wood products, oil regularly with a food safe oil.

Can I order a bespoke gift

Yes! We absolutely can me a gift to order, whether it is a massive, engraved chopping board or a sign for the house, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Where do you source your wood?

We buy all our wood from a local hardwood sawmill. All their wood is locally and sustainably sourced in Scotland.

Do you offer collection?

Yes. We are based in Clackmannanshire in Central Scotland and happy to offer collection if this is easier for you. Please just contact us directly to discuss.
